MD. Rokonuzzaman was born on 20th October 1971 in a muslim aristocratic family under Rowmari Upazilla of Kurigram District. He secured 1st division with letter marks in several subjects in Rajshahi Board in the SSC exam held in 1987. And he got letter marks in several subject in HSC exam in 1989 from Science group. He completed his LLB (Hon's) from Rajshahi University. Then he joined the Judiciary in 24/6/1998. He service Identity number is 1998118133 and batch number is 18BCS. He is currently working as Principal Judge District & Sessions Judge Court, Naogaon. His joining date is 26/9/2024. He is married. In his personal life blessed with 02 sons.
